DESTINED FOR THE TOP

Isaiah 40:28 Have you not known? Have you not heard that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not grow weak or weary? There is no searching of His understanding। (MKJV) He gives power to the weary; and to him with no vigor; He increases strength। (MKJV) Even the young shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall; (MKJV) But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (MKJVPs 103:5; 2Co 4:8-10, 16Ps 103:5 who satisfies your mouth with good; your youth is renewed like the eagles. (MKJV) They shall mount up with wings as eagles-"They shall put forth fresh feathers like the molting eagle"] It has been a common and popular opinion that the eagle lives and retains his vigor to a great age; and that, beyond the common lot of other birds, he molts in his old age, and renews his feathers, and with them his youth. "Thou shall renew thy youth like the eagle," says the psalmist, Ps 103:5.

• It is not where you in life that matters but it is what you do about your situation। This means that there is always a way where there seems not to be a way. Life will never give you what you really deserve but you can have only what you negotiate for. How you end in life matters more that where you even come from.

  All had a serious physical disabilities.50%of them were abused when they were children, they lived in poverty, some didn’t have parents, some couldn’t have the chance of going to school, some couldn’t have the chance to marry but they understand that it is important not to thing about where they are coming from but the most important thing is how they end their lives.It is very important for us to know that God desire and designed human beings to get to the highest place in their various fields in life. Some times in life we become so weak that we need an extra strength to be able to get to our destination in life. The same thing happened in the lives of the Israelites after they settled on the Promised Land. This is why we must all learn from the nature of the eagle. The writer of this scripture understands the power and strength of the eagle that he linked those who wait on the Lord to the eagle.
  
  
  10 LESSEONS FROM THE EAGLE
  
  1. THE ABILITY TO GREAT (SEED ) Genesis 3:
  Because very human being has the breath and image of God in him/her it is possible for you to get to the top in life.
  The eagle is a very dynamic bird. Before the young eagle is hatched, it naturally has a small tooth on the beak that helps them to break out of their shells.
  If any body tries to help this eaglet out of the shells, the possibility of this eaglet surviving is very little because the process of breaking its shell creates tenacity in it. This tenacity enables the eaglets to fight for life in the future.
  
  Seed is the substance of a vegetable, an animal which nature prepares for the reproduction and conservation of the species. The seeds of plants are a deciduous part, containing the rudiments of a new vegetable. In some cases, the seeds constitute the fruit or valuable part of plants, as in the case of wheat and other esculent grain; sometimes the seeds are enclosed in fruit, as in apples and melons.
  
  God is expecting each and everybody to grow into a maturity. Go wouldn’t place you on top of the ladder but He expects Christians and non-Christians alike to climb to the top of the ladder.
  Jesus said so who ever shall believe will be given the power to become a son.
  There is a seed of greatness in you but it is your responsibility to discover this greatness
  Most of the time we try to run away from problems and challenge that come our ways in life. If you want to get to the top you must be ready to go through every challenge that comes your way. Every moving thing will certainly encounter resistance. Every body who wants to make a difference in the world will encounter opposition because nobody will believe in your dream. Every opposition you face, God in His wisdom is turning your oppositions into opportunities. The mess and your mistakes would be turn into a message for the future. You don’t expect God to give you anything without the wisdom to handle. You may be learning a trade now and may think it is too much to go through what your master/madam is making you go through. When you are able to finish your course, what you went through during your stay as an apprentice will sustain you. Education may be tough, because you didn’t have the necessary foundation in life. It is very important to do every thing possible no matter the barriers to have your self educated. There are certain opportunities you can’t access because you couldn’t allow yourself to go through the stages of life. There is ability in every body just as the unborn eaglet.
  
  
  5X’tics of a seed
  A seed is always planted। You will first have to identify the kind of seed you will want to harvest
  A seed needs to be watered mulched and protected from things that destroy the seed.
  A seed will have to rout through the unbearable conditions of the earth. Before your greatness is made manifest you will need circumstances and bad situation to bring out the best in you.
  (I Peter 4:12-13) Dear brothers, do not be surprised, as if it was something strange, if your faith is tested as by fire:
  But be glad that you are given a part in the pains of Christ; so that at the revelation of his glory you may have great joy.
  (II Corinthians 4:8-10) Troubles are round us on every side, but we are not shut in; things are hard for us, but we see a way out of them;
  We are cruelly attacked, but not without hope; we are made low, but we are not without help;
  In our bodies there is ever the mark of the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may be seen in our bodies.
  For, while living, we are still being given up to death because of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may be seen in our flesh, though it is under the power of death.
  A seed will always start small
  A seed may start as one but grow to produce many seeds and fruits

2FACE REALITY
Life is a struggle. It takes only those who keep going no matter the opposition to get there. You may desire for a particular position in life. I know most of us have great visions of touching and transforming the world with what GOD has placed in us. This wouldn’t come by just wishing but it will come if you can defile all the odds in life. If we are ever to get our goal, then keep climbing because the road to success in rough. Life is rouge with many stones.
The longer you dwell on your misfortunes, the more strength and resources you would have to spend to get to your destination. Remember diamonds are often polished to reveal the true beauty. You will get to where you are created to be only friction of circumstances. You can’t give up on starting.

Sir Winston Churchill during one of his visits to his former school, as he started his speech, the only word that came out his mouth was ‘you can make, don’t give up’ … I tell you too never give up starting small.

Success is getting up one more time than you fell.
On his way to discover Africa, as day after day appears again and again ,his sailors threatened mutiny and persuaded him to return but Christopher Columbus refuse to return and refused to listen to them but write day by day in the sailors book ‘sail on’. He made history by discovering Africa as a continent

Never give up trying to start small because the greatest failure in life is to stop trying.
Men do not fail in life but they just give up easily. Remember the tougher the job the greater the reward.
3 .LEARN TO INTERPRATE THE DREAM OF OTHERS

Whiles the eaglet is still in the nest, what it does is that it will be hopping from one end to the other. It will try jumping by flipping the wings once a while.

The eaglet starts flying from the tenth to the fifteenth week from the day of hatching. The picture here is that even though the eaglet as tender as it is tries and practices what it would be doing in the tenth week.

The graphic picture is that even though you may be aiming very high in life, start small. Start the interpretation of the dream of others. Use that platform to grow your skills, correct your mistakes, and gather experience for your future career and dream.
Study materials that pertain to your dream, observe people who have made it in the field you are eyeing।

4 GET A MENTOR
The mature eagles (father and mother) some times will try to teach the eaglet a few trick of flying by pushing the eaglet from the nest for a few times. This is done to train the eaglet to be confident when flying.

When the parent eagles leave the eaglet from the height trying to teach it how to fly and it could fly, they leave the eaglet for several days without food. In other words the eagle believe that hunger will push the eaglet how to feed it self.
In life if you want to be successful and would get to your destination as God wanted you to, then you must have mentors who will teach you the hard way to success. Everything that is achieved cheaply is effect very cheap to possess.
No great man ever uses a day to get to greatness but it takes hard work and perseverance.
A mentor will guard you when ever you are falling and when you go wrong in life.
There is a proverb in the Akan language that says ‘HE THAT LEADS DOES NOT KNOW HIS BACK IS CRUKED’

It takes some one to tell you what you do wrong or good।

5 LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE
After all attempt of the parent eagles to teach the eaglet to fly fails, what the eagle does it that they take all the soft materials in the nest and replaced them with sharp stones, sharp objects, sharp thorns and things that will make the eaglet uncomfortable to be in the nest.
Some times we turn to resort to our comfort while we want to get to the top.
Because the top is not comfortable, God will allow challenges your way to push you into your greatness. Until you eave your comfort zone, you can never get to the top, until you leave the harbor, you can’t get to the deep sea and until you leave your past you can’t get to your tomorrow.

Leave all your friends who make you feel comfortable in your situation. These are dream killers because they would never force you out of your comfort zone. When you befriend those who are not going anywhere, they would prevent you from going somewhere


6 IDENTIFY WHO YOU ARE
The will always wait on a tree in the morning whiles all birds are either preparing to fly or flying, the eagle will not make any more. Eventhogh the eagle may see other birds flipping their wings it would never move the eagle. This is because what the eagle needs to fly is not what other birds need to fly.
You must do well to identify who you are and what you stand for in life. We are all not equal. Some may start in the morning, others in the afternoon, some in the evening and the rest in the night but the battle is not for the strong neither is the race for the swift but it is God who shows mercy to who He wants
Never compare your self to any body in life because we are different in all things. The eagle goes the height it does it knows where its strength is. It is not how you start but it is how you end you life that matters. Your beginning may be very small but I believe your end would be great if only you identify who you are in life.

The Chines bamboo is said to take more than five years in the ground after plantation but when it starts to grow, it grows above all the trees in the forest. Be that which God says you are…….


7 DEVELOP YOUR CHARACTER
It is very wonderful to observe the eagle early in the morning on a tree. The eagle instinctively knows the sun rays are not sufficient for the creation of it terminal current for effortless flight. Take your time to learn all you may need for you future and destiny. Just as the eagle will not move at the time it’s not really prepared to move you must also not move before your time of manifestation.

To everything, there is a time appointed. Time to laugh and a time to be serious. , a time to live and a time to die. Never rush because some body is making it or some ask you to come along.

You must be very sensitive to what goes on around you. Discerning to what the move of God is in your life. be discerning to what the market is in your country or in other words know the economic situation in your country and that will inform your decisions.

8 MAINTAIN YOUR HEIGHTS
The eagle is an aerodynamic animal, a perfect flying machine which is able to maintain flight for a long period of time. The eagle can remain motionless for a time except for an occasional flipping of the wings to control the current.
Eagles are the only birds that can soar higher than any other animal or bird in the world. The eagle can go so high that it can become invisible to the human eyes. The eagle can reach a height of 25,000feet, 9000 miles deep into the sea and go a speed of 200 kilometer per hour.

The eagle above the height 1000feet can observe a prey on the ground.

The more we wait on the Lord, the higher we go in life. Let God direct all your decisions, desires, thoughts, and investments in life.
If God lifts you to the top, you will see every little particle on the bottom of the mountain. If the Lord would lift you up, then your must have the character and attitudes that glorify God. I have observed that most great men who fall from heights in life are people who couldn’t control their characters. It is always the desire of God for all to get to self actualization in life but we disappoint God just as Adam and Eve did in the Garden of Eden.

9 REFRESH YOUR STRATEGY
After a period of flipping the wings of the eagle and flying around, the eagle set time to renew its strength and memory. To do away the weak feathers, beak and wings.
In business and life, after working for sometime, you must have refresher courses to enhance your success in life. Take time to monitor your output and input and get other strategies that would enhance speed, competitive advantage, greater market share, and more sale shares.

After sometime, the eagle looks for the tallest mountain around where it would not have any disturbances, no food, no water, where the snake could no go, to settle.
When its time to refresh its strength, the eagle shards its wings and feathers for fresh ones to grow. The eagle would loose every feather it has at the moment; it would not eat anything nor drink water for the whole period.
After the eagle has grown a new wing and feathers, it now takes off to meet other eagles.

Sometimes it is good to go for retreats, refresher courses or study other organizations that are doing well in the system in which you find yourself.

10 STUDY THE TREND OF THE MARKET BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF
The eagle does not just take off into the skies because it is the best aerodynamic animal in the world.
The eagle would never fly until it has the green light from the winds direction. The eagle would study the movement of the wind because it needs the wind to direct it movement.

If you would be successful in life, after defining your purpose, having confirming your dream, you don’t have to just jump into business but you would need to study the trend of business environment in the country. You also need God s direction and leadership to move. Make sure you don’t leave God behind you and you don’t also go before God set out to leave. Have God with you always in life.

I see you getting to the top because you belong to the top. There is so much conjection and human traffic at the down but only a few men that gets to the top. Decide to be one of the men today.

ONLY THOSE WHO WAIT ON THE LORD WILL HAVE WINGS LIKE THE EAGLE…….
